Get ready for a week of decisions and problem solving – or not if you choose to pass on getting caught up in the mental shenanigans. The 2 of Spades/Swords/ Air gives us the platform to decide if we want to battle or retreat.
I read tarot cards for parties and events as well as private readings. When my clients get the 2 of Spade/Swords/Air I know that they are struggling with making a decision or worrying that they will miss an opportunity to make a choice. However, the Universe will not let you miss an opportunity and it will be obvious if it is your role to do so. We spend way too much energy and time plotting and strategizing on how we are going to handle or manipulate a situation instead of just letting opportunities come to us. Perhaps it is our ego that feels we need to control our world. But we really can’t, we can only be with the situations at hand.
Many of my clients also complain about being tired and worn out physically being the problem solver represented by the King of Clubs/Wands/Staves card. This is where we can get distracted away from the creative things that we should be doing by running to the rescue of others.
Before plodding in and sticking your nose in a situation, maybe ask yourself these questions:
Is this really your problem?
Can you really make a difference with this?
If you left it alone, would it solve itself?
Are you “helping” with the problem because your ego needs to feel important? Or are you really procrastinating from something you should be doing?
We get to choose how we use our time and our energy. A good warrior knows when to go into battle, but most importantly when to retreat.
